About us
Camping.bg is the first Bulgarian website about camping and outdoor tourism. The project started at 2009 as a catalogue of Bulgarian and Greek campsites. In 2010 we issued the first Bulgarian print camping guide called "Camping at 3 seas". It contains a lot of information about campsites in Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and Croatia.
At present Camping.bg is not only an online catalog of campsites in Bulgaria and the Balkans, but also a platform for communication and exchange of information between all those interested in camping tourism. Here internet users will find a lot of information about campsites, camping equipment, tips, news and events and activities connected with outdoor acivities and camping.
The objectives of Camping.bg are:
- be the most important Bulgarian media about camping tourism;
- to provide the most detailed information on all campsites in Bulgaria and proposals for camping in the Balkans;
- to enable internet users quickly to find camping places and to plan a vacation easy;
- to provide up-to-date information about events, promotions and important topics related to camping tourism in Bulgaria and the Balkans;
- to serve as a social network for information exchange between camping tourists;
- to inform about interesting sights and trips in Bulgaria that can be done by camping.
